  TLA Prepares Students for the Real World

The mission of Teen Leaders of America (TLA) is to empower youth to face the challenges of the 21st century by providing students with the life and leadership skills necessary to get into college, graduate and select rewarding careers. TLA provides programs and services in the areas of Youth Leadership & Development, College Coaching and Workforce Development to middle and high school students in grades 7 through 12.

 

Teen Leaders is open to any student with a desire to succeed regardless of race, gender or economic status.

  TLA Spotlight Teen

October 2011 - Teen Leaders of America (Teen Club - Atlanta, GA) participates in a discussion on Teens and Bullying as a promotion for the movie Footloose; hosted by Paramount Pictures.  Thanks to California Pizza Kitchen (Atlantic Station location) for assisting with this event!

 

   

 

July 2011 - Teen Leaders of America (Summer Leadership Program - Jacksonville, FL) visits Teen Court at the Duval County Courthouse; where teens learned about careers in Law and were invited to become members of Teen Court.  The Teen Court program provides teens the opportunity to participate in court cases and serve as Attorneys and Judges.
